My Approach

Yoga for
real life.

My classes are rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga while drawing from functional mobility training to help modern bodies move better.

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or exploring advanced practices, every class is designed to help you build strength without strain, flexibility without force, and calm without escape.

Five doorways, one practice — from your first breath-aware posture to the subtle inner work of pranayama and meditation, each stage builds on the last.

Practice here isn't about perfection. It's about consistency, curiosity, and coming home to yourself.

Meet Your Instructor

Yoga entered my life as a personal practice long before it became something I taught.

Over the years, it has evolved into a way of living — one that continues to shape how I move, think, breathe, and engage with the world. Teaching is simply an extension of that journey.

I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at S-VYASA University of Yoga, where I built a strong foundation in the traditional principles of yoga. Since then, I have continued to deepen my understanding through advanced workshops, specialised programmes, and learning under experienced teachers and gurus across different aspects of the yogic tradition.

For more than seven years, I have had the privilege of teaching students of different ages, abilities, and backgrounds through both online and in-person classes. My experience also includes conducting yoga and wellness workshops for corporate teams, helping professionals integrate mindful movement and breath into busy work lives.

My teaching blends the discipline of traditional Hatha Yoga with the fluidity of Vinyasa, functional mobility, breathwork, meditation, and yogic philosophy. Rather than focusing on achieving difficult postures, I encourage students to develop awareness, move with intelligence, and build a practice that supports them both on and off the mat.

Whether you are beginning your very first class or returning to deepen an existing practice, my intention is to offer a space where you feel supported, challenged at your own pace, and inspired to discover what yoga can become in your own life.

Because the greatest teacher is not the person standing at the front of the room. It is the practice itself.
