My journey in L&D began in 2011. Since then I've designed and facilitated learning experiences for professionals at every stage of their careers — programmes that are practical, engaging, and relevant to the real world.
Earlier in my career, I facilitated behavioural and professional skills programmes for organisations including Texas Instruments and Idea Mobile — experiences that reinforced my belief that while technical knowledge may open doors, it is communication, collaboration, and leadership that help people truly thrive.
A few years into my career, I took the leap into freelancing. Thanks to the trust and support of a wonderful learning partner, I delivered programmes for diverse audiences across India.
One of my most enriching corporate experiences was partnering with the global leadership of a privately owned multinational conglomerate — contributing to learning initiatives at a strategic level, aligned with organisational goals while supporting individual growth.
Today, I continue to partner with organisations as an independent Learning & Development consultant — and alongside that work, I coach professionals, leaders, and individuals seeking greater clarity, confidence, and direction.
